Meet Andrew

For those of you who’ve stumbled onto my website, thank you for visiting and taking the time to look around. I hope you find the website useful and educational. I currently live with my wife in Downtown Los Angeles, and I’m constantly looking for ways to be of service to my community. As a Real Estate Agent, I specialize in residential condo and loft sales and leases in the neighborhoods of Downtown (DTLA), Koreatown, and adjacent areas. 

 

Born and raised in the suburbs of South Pasadena, I graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a B.A. in business economics with a concentration in marketing. After college, I deepened my interest in online marketing by earning a certification in digital marketing from General Assembly while interning at a local real estate brokerage. My internship experience showed me that real estate is an opportunity to help people in Los Angeles achieve their dreams. After the internship, I soon got my license, and in 2017, I started my business, which allowed me to combine my passions for marketing and real estate. I decided to specialize in the community that was right in front of me – Downtown LA. 

 

My earliest memories of Downtown were from my elementary school years when I took weekend swimming classes at the YMCA. I was amazed while driving into DTLA staring up at the buildings from the backseat. After swim lessons, we often stopped by the Los Angeles Public Library. It was beautiful then, and it’s even more charming now. Growing up, I always looked at Downtown as a place that was only about work and business — commuters drove in the morning for work then left for a home somewhere else, leaving Downtown empty and quiet at night. With DTLA’s renaissance in recent years, that’s not the case anymore. Many now call Downtown their home. I am excited about the future of this community and glad I can play a small part in it. When I’m not working in real estate, I like to travel with my wife, work as a freelance food photographer, and further explore Downtown LA.
