Aspire Los Angeles is a boutique firm grounded in Letty Vermeulen’s family-oriented, relationship- based approach. Aspire offers agents and clients something unique and special—they receive the personalized attention of a small company along with all the benefits of big brokerage. Whether Letty is working with first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, or agents, she does so with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Though she’s highly sought after for her extensive knowledge of historic LA properties, as well as her expertise in neighborhoods like Jefferson Park, West Adams, Leimert Park, Mid-City, and South LA, it’s Letty’s personal commitment to her clients, team, and community that truly set her apart.

As a genuine partner, Letty absolutely loves helping others achieve their ambitions and inspiring them to build wealth through real estate. Since 2007, she’s worked hard to develop her real estate network from the ground up, with a focus on building connections and fostering relationships. Drawing on her many years of experience as a top producer, manager, and agent mentor at one of the nation’s leading brokerages, Letty created Aspire Los Angeles in 2017. She is proud to be an essential asset in helping her team realize their clients’ highest aspirations.

 
Letty also has a particular fondness for helping clients achieve financial independence, and believes that owning property is a crucial step in that process. She focuses on obtaining the goal of home ownership while honoring and respecting the neighborhoods she serves, which offer so much more than affordable, architecturally iconic houses. Having resided in Los Angeles since 2004, Letty is deeply invested in the communities where she lives and works.
 
She recently co-founded the nonprofit the Aspire Growth Initiative and is excited to take it one step further and support current nonprofits that work with children in South LA. 

On a personal level, while Letty is not busy making her impact in the real estate world, you’ll find the Netherlands native spending time with her husband, 5 kids and their 2 dogs—traveling, hiking, and being in nature. She is a dedicated mom who works hard to leave a lasting legacy, and she encourages her children to live life to the fullest.
