Andrew sat us down to walk us through the home buying process end to end. I'm a very curious person that wants to know as much as possible, and patiently answered every question I had. From there, he took us to as many showings as we wanted to see and made us feel completely comfortable going in our time. When COVID hit, the first phase of our home search took a turn, and my wife and I decided to pause our home search. Andrew was completely understanding and made us feel comfortable taking our own time. He kept us updated and sharp even when we paused our search. In the second phase of our search, my wife and I decided to look for homes in Orange County. Because of our pleasant experience with Andrew, we decided to go with him even though the OC wasn’t his main focus area. He was just as available, prepared, and professional as in LA.
