Andi Zemenick brings three decades of business-building experience to Aspire Los Angeles, where she leads growth, operations, marketing, and agent development. Her career began in B2B corporate consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients for both boutique firms and Big 4 consultancies before she found her way to real estate in 2014 while building a coaching company for a proptech startup. She never looked back.

As founder and CEO of Platinum Coaching Group, Andi has spent the past decade coaching real estate leaders and entrepreneurs, representing more than $2 billion in real estate sold or rented. A digital marketing expert, she works with a dedicated team of creatives to bring luxury listings to life, and helps clients find coastal properties all along the Pacific — from North America to Latin America. At Aspire, she pairs that coaching depth with hands-on operational leadership, building the systems, training, and marketing engine that help agents grow thriving businesses.

A beach lover and mother, Andi resides in Redondo Beach and part-time in Punta Mita, Mexico. Nothing lights her up more than helping others find their own success in real estate — whether that's an agent building a thriving business or a client finding the coastal home they've been dreaming of.
