In a recent project, WerkWell provided construction management to an Aspire client in Laguna Hills to prepare their former home for sale after moving to Los Angeles.  The entire project was led by WerkWell and coordinated with the client remotely where WerkWell provided a detailed scope of work and preliminary budget, then helped the owner navigate the bidding process and select a contractor.   Project funds were managed and disbursed by WerkWell, ensuring the project was completed per the contract terms and relieving the homeowner from the burden of financial administration and progress verification.  The result? A happy client who sold the property for over asking and recovered all of their investment with additional returns.
